The act of working out the form and functionality of anything takes creativity. The design of any engagement, be it a workshop, training event or coaching assignment, is based on our findings in the discovery process. The design give us a blueprint for the way forward to achieve positive anticipated outcomes.

It is one thing to design and quite another to execute on a planned course of action. Delivering on an agreed course of action to ensure agreed goals are being achieved, is the essence of success in any client engagement.
